I have purchased many of these steps. I have gotten very good service. I recently received one that was faulty. I contacted the vendor who has always been great. I asked them to cover this item under warranty and they refused. she said there was nothing wrong with step. I will never ever buy from this supplier again. buyer be aware they don’t stand behind their warranty. I am opening a case with alibaba direct. strange how I have had a wonderful experience so far yet one problem can ruin a relationship. don’t buy from them !!!!
